to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree
to these terms, please do not use our website. - Services
Znzik is an online booking platform connecting tourists with
local activity operators across Morocco. We offer bookings for:
- Nautical activities (Jet Ski, boat, diving)
- Land activities (motorcycle, quad, excursions)
- Tourist transfers and transportation
- Training and courses
- Bookings & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability
- Payment is required at the time of booking
- Prices are displayed in USD/MAD and include applicable taxes
- Secure payments are processed via Bokun and Stripe
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before: full refund
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: no refund
- Operators reserve the right to cancel due to weather
or safety conditions — full refund will be issued
- User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information
- Follow all safety instructions from operators
- Respect local laws and regulations
- Not engage in fraudulent activities
- Limitation of Liability
Znzik acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for:
- Accidents or injuries during activities
- Weather-related cancellations
- Actions of third-party operators
- Governing Law
